Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") are intended to establish the rules and regulations governing membership at Mind Dermatology Clinic.

Article 2 (Definitions)

A 'Member' refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to Mind Dermatology Clinic (hereinafter "the Clinic") and who may continuously use the services provided by the Clinic.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

① The Clinic may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Electronic Commerce Basic Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, and the Consumer Protection Act. ② When amending these Terms, the Clinic shall specify the effective date and reasons for amendment, and post notice in an easily visible location on the Clinic's website from at least 7 days prior to the effective date until the day before the effective date. ③ Terms amended and announced in the manner described above shall also be effective for existing members. ④ Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation thereof shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations or commercial practices.

Article 4 (Supplementary Rules and Jurisdiction)

① Matters not specified in these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable domestic laws. ② In the event of a dispute between a member and the Clinic, the civil district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Clinic's headquarters shall serve as the competent court.

Article 5 (Membership Registration and Eligibility)

① Membership is obtained by completing the membership application form prescribed by the Clinic and submitting a membership registration request. ② The Clinic may at its discretion refuse or revoke membership in any of the following cases: 1. When an application is submitted using another person's name 2. When required information is entered falsely at the time of application 3. When an application is submitted for purposes that undermine public order or morals 4. When a person interferes with others' use of services or misappropriates their information, thereby threatening the order of electronic commerce ③ When the Clinic revokes a member's eligibility, it shall cancel the member registration. In such cases, the member shall be notified and given an opportunity to provide an explanation prior to cancellation of membership.

Article 6 (Collection and Use of Personal Information)

① The Clinic may receive various personal information from customers, and such information may be used to enable customers to efficiently use the services provided by the Clinic. ② The Clinic shall not provide personal information obtained from customers to third parties without the customer's prior consent. However, the following cases shall be excepted: 1. When requested by a national agency pursuant to applicable laws such as the Telecommunications Basic Act 2. When there is a purpose of criminal investigation or a request from the Information and Communications Ethics Committee 3. When using member information (name, address, phone number) for business communication purposes 4. When sharing limited information solely for banking-related matters 5. When provided in a form that does not identify a specific customer, for the purposes of statistics compilation, promotional materials, academic research, or market surveys

Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal)

① Members may request withdrawal from the Clinic at any time, and the Clinic shall process the withdrawal immediately. ② The Clinic shall not process a withdrawal request if the expiration date of a service currently being used by the member has not yet passed.

Article 8 (Notification to Members)

① When notifying a member, the Clinic may send notice to the email address submitted by the member to the Clinic. ② For notifications to an unspecified number of members, the Clinic may substitute individual notification by posting on the Clinic's bulletin board for at least one week.

Article 9 (Obligations of the Clinic)

① The Clinic shall make its best effort to provide continuous and stable services as stipulated in these Terms. ② The Clinic shall at all times implement managerial and technical security measures for personal information, including registrant information, and shall make its best effort to ensure information security. ③ The Clinic shall promptly address complaints and issues raised by customers when deemed legitimate. However, if prompt resolution is difficult, the Clinic shall immediately notify the customer of the reason and the expected resolution schedule. ⑤ The Clinic shall actively cooperate with requests for materials and other information necessary for the promotion of consumer protection activities by consumer protection organizations and public institutions.

Article 10 (Obligations of Members)

① All responsibility for the management of IDs and passwords lies with the member. ② Members shall not allow their ID or password to become known to third parties. ③ Members must comply with the provisions of these Terms and applicable laws and regulations. ④ Usage rights shall be revoked in any of the following cases: 1. Actions objectively deemed to be connected to criminal activity 2. Other actions that violate applicable laws and regulations
